Our legacy
A pioneer since the early days
Netset was born out of a realization in the late 90s that digital marketplaces were on the cusp of a major breakthrough. In 1998, Netset was founded in Malmö, Sweden, offering eCommerce solutions, CMS systems, and services for e-learning through course site building.
Our forward-thinking approach quickly caught the attention of large customers, and we became pioneers in our field. By the time the market was ready for eCommerce, we were well ahead of the competition. Our early success paved the way for our decision in 2008 to focus solely on being the best in eCommerce solutions for the IT and Telecom sector - a goal we have pursued relentlessly ever since.
Part of a bigger picture
Since 2021, Netset is a part of Progrits - a leading vertical software and information services company within business to business. Progrits develops and deliver mission-critical software and information services within integrated eCommerce, vehicles, transport and logistics.
With 200 employees, close to 5000 private and public customers in 20 countries, and a turnover of more than SEK 300 million, Progrits focus is to deliver solutions that simplify and automate the work of our customers and their organizations. Through Progrits we cooperate with several of our sister companies, for a stronger product offering and better ways of working.
