Reflecting on the journey that brought him here, Sam shared:

"Having spent most of my career in growth-focused companies, I’m thrilled to see entrepreneurship and growth being recognized—and honored to be part of this recognition myself. Being an entrepreneur means rolling up your sleeves and staying deeply involved in every aspect of the company you’re passionate about. I’ve been fortunate, and I’m both proud and grateful for the incredible journeys I’ve experienced throughout my career.”

Strong teams are key to success

What's your advice for the next generation of entrepreneurs?

"If success truly exists, it’s largely about understanding people and surrounding yourself with talented colleagues and partners who share your entrepreneurial dream and vision. Every growth journey I’ve been part of has succeeded because of strong teams and individuals who complement each other’s strengths."

"While I love to win, like many others, I’m no stranger to losing. In fact, I believe the ability to handle losses makes us stronger—it’s an essential part of the learning process. Few growth journeys are straight success stories; they’re often marked by challenges along the way. Failure, to me, isn’t something to fear or avoid. If anything, I believe in the saying: ‘If you don’t dare to try, you’ll never win!’ Maybe that’s the real secret to success—to dare.”
